Congratualtions to Rebecca Thomas who was awarded with the Ruby McKenzie and Vi Teesdale trophies after 18 holes as unfortunately constant rain in the area made the golf course unplayable on day 2.
Presentations for the tournament took place at around noon after a decison was made by the committee to cancel the second round following advice from the Superintendant who considered the greens were unplayable.
Trophies were awarded for the overall categories only, as the tournament was reduced to an 18 hole event. Karen Bays (Moe GC) and Bernace Miller (Drouin GC) won the best gross and nett respectively in B and C grade. Rianna Matthews (Commonwealth GC) was the runner up for the Ruby McKenzie trophy while Robyn Golloway (Foster GC) was the runner up for the Vi Teesdale trophy.
