Murdaca and Oh win Greg Norman Junior Masters

South Australia's Anthony Murdaca and Victoria Su Hyun Oh have won the Boy's and Girl's divisions of the 2011 Greg Norman Junior Masters at Coolangatta and Tweed Heads Golf Club.

In the boy's championship, overnight leader Murdaca (The Grange) finished at 9 under on 279 following a final round 70. He carded rounds of 68, 68 and 73 over the first three days.

He won by one stroke from French Polynesian’s Teremoana Beaucousin whose final round of 68 included a hole-in-one on the 179m 7th hole of the River Course.

Su Hyun Oh of Kingswood Golf Club in Melbourne created a new championship record in taking out the girl's championship.

Her total of 281 was 11 under with a final 3 under par 70 thus having all sub-par rounds for the event. She won by seven strokes from the 2009 winner Annie Choi (Robina Woods) 72-288.

French Polynesia also won the International Teams event, Victoria took out the Interstate Teams, Gold Coast Association the Queensland Interdistrict Teams with the Graham Marsh Junior Golf Foundation taking out the Inter Foundation Teams event.

224 junior golfers participated in the 21st playing of the 2011 Greg Norman Junior Masters.
