Welcome to day two of Golf and Health Week!

Each day this week, in conjunction with the R&A’s global promotion to help raise awareness of the health benefits of golf for people of all ages and abilities, we will showcase a great example of how to get involved to improve your wellbeing.

Today, we’ll focus on the positive mental health aspects of golf, from elite, through recreational and right up to an example of golf directly helping save a life.

Through Golf and Health Week and our own real-life stories, we’ll focus on different aspects of the sport and how they can benefit different groups within society.
