The 2012 Golf Victoria Annual Meeting will be held at the Kingston Heath Golf Club on Monday May 28th, 2012 at 7pm.

The Business of the Meeting will be to:
1. To confirm the Minutes of the General Meeting held at the Kingston Heath Golf Club on Monday 23rd May 2011.
2. To consider the Annual Report and Financial Statements of Golf Victoria for the year ended December 31st, 2011.
3. Golf Victoria Elections:
(a) Directors
Three nominations were received for the position of Director for which there were two vacancies. In accordance with the Golf Victoria Constitution and By-Law relating to the Election of Directors, a postal ballot has been undertaken commencing on Tuesday May 1st and closing on Monday May 21st.
In the case of this ballot for Directors, subject to Rules 10.2 and 14.2(a)(i) of the Constitution being satisfied, the candidates who receive the most votes will be elected. The successful candidates will be declared duly elected as Golf Victoria Directors at the 2012 Annual Meeting.
(b) Consultative Committee
In accordance with the Golf Victoria Constitution and By-Law relating to the Election of Directors, the election of the Consultative Committee will be declared at the 2012 Annual Meeting.
4. To receive the reports of the Board and Committees.
5. To transact any other business as permitted by the Chairman.
