2012 Women’s NSW Amateur C’ship

The 2012 Women’s NSW Amateur Championship incorporates the 2012 Women’s 72-hole Stroke Play Championship, the 2012 Women’s Mid- Amateur Championship, and the 2011 Women’s NSW Club Champion of Champions. Entries for all of the above events are now open. Entries close Friday 27 April, 2012. ENTER HERE These events are the pinnacle of women’s amateur golf in NSW, and will attract quality fields from NSW as well as inter-state. 2012 Women’s NSW 72-hole Stroke Play Championship The 2012 Women’s 72-hole Championship will be held at Castle Hill Country Club on 14-15 and 17-18 May 2012. The Championship is open to female amateur golfers whose handicap does not exceed 14.4 strokes at the time of entry. The Championship will be stroke play over four rounds of 18 holes (72-holes): Round 1 (18 holes) Monday 14 May Round 2 (18 holes) Tuesday 15 May Round 3 (18 holes) Thursday 17 May Round 4 (18 holes) Friday 18 May The entire field will contest all four rounds. 2012 Women’s NSW Mid-Amateur Championship The 2012 Women’s NSW Mid-Amateur Championship is played in conjunction with the first and second round of the 72-hole Stroke Play Championship at Castle Hill Country Club on 14-15 May 2012. The Championship is open to female amateur golfers, aged from 30 to 54 years on the first day of play. 2011 Women’s NSW Club Champion of Champions The 2011 Women’s NSW Club Champion of Champions is open to female amateur golfers who are the 2011 Women’s Club Champion of a Golf Club affiliated with Golf NSW. Club Champions is played in conjunction with the first and second round of the 72-hole Stroke Play Championship at Castle Hill Country Club on 14-15 May 2012. 2012 Women’s NSW Amateur Championship The 2012 Women’s NSW Amateur Championship will be held at Twin Creeks Golf and Country Club on 20-22 May 2012. It consists of four rounds of match play (Round of 16, Quarter Finals, Semi Final, Final), each match being 18-holes, except the final which is 36-holes. The top 16 competitors from the 72-hole stroke play Championship are eligible to compete in the Women’s NSW Amateur Championship Match Play. 2012 NSWLGU Salver The NSWLGU Salver is played in conjunction with the Women’s NSW Amateur Championship Match Play. The NSWLGU Salver is for players who finish with the next best eight scratch scores from the 72-hole stroke play Championship, whose handicap is between 6-14.
