Entries are now open for the 2013 Australian Master of the Amateurs – Qualifying Round to be played on the West Course of the Royal Melbourne Golf Club on Friday December 7th, 2012 over 18 holes stroke play.
The leading three players will qualify to return to Royal Melbourne and play in the Australian Master of the Amateurs SRIXON AM-PRO Invitational Teams Event on Monday 7th January 2013 and the 2013 Australian Master of the Amateurs Championship from Tuesday 8th – Friday 11th January 2013.
The top three players from the qualifying round shall also receive an Australian Master of the Amateurs logoed SRIXON Tour Bag.
Competitors must have an official handicap not exceeding 4.4. This handicap must be endorsed by Golf Australia, or the International equivalent. Entries close when the field capacity reaches 60 or 48 hours prior to the Qualifying Event
Play in the qualifying round will commence at 12noon via a multi-tee start and be followed by the presentations from 4.30pm including complementary post-round finger food.

The 2013 Australian Master of the Amateurs Green Jacket Champion shall receive an exemption into the 2013 Amateur Championship (UK), the Porter Cup (USA), The Players Amateur (USA), the Dogwood Invitational (USA) and the Canadian Men’s Amateur Championship (CAN).
