Entry into the 2014 Boys and Girls Championship of Victoria have now opened. The tournament will be contested over 72-holes stroke play at Northern and Yarra Yarra Golf Clubs from Monday 22 – Wednesday 24 September. After the initial 36-holes at Northern, a maximum of 68 male players and 16 female players will qualify to play in rounds 3 & 4 at Yarra Yarra.
The tournament cup boasts an array of champions including US PGA Tour winner Marc Leishman back in 2001 as well as the 2011 British Amateur Champion Bryden Macpherson in 2007. New South Wales’ Celina Yuan is set to defend her title this year along with Yarrawonga’s Frazer Droop in the boys section.
