Today was the concluding end to the Women's Mountain Meeting for 2015 with competitors playing at Leura and Lithgow Golf Clubs.
For the teams at Leura Golf Club, winners were Bonnie Doon's Patricia Hood, Anne Mason (Northbridge), Patricia Hall (Roseville) and Penelope Palmer (Royal Sydney) scoring an amazing +15. One behind on +14 were Kareela's Annette Alderson, Norma Langford, Janice Stirling and Kathleen Turner runners up on a countback from Chris Amery, Jannine Smith, Annette Stannard and Tracey Lindsay from Lynwood.
A tough field at Lithgow with the winners scoring a +14 on a countback. Fay Hunter, Jane Sherlock, Margaret Smyth and Debbie Young from Bankstown to win the Teams event. Runers up also on +14 and also on a countback was Cheryl Hill, Ann , O'Connor, Margaret Selby and Brenda Williamson from Lynwood. Third place went to the team from Monash, Jody Drutman, Esther Green, Isabell Goss and Leslie Parsonage on +14.
TEAM PRIZE WINNERS – Leura and Lithgow

Division one's foursome winners at Wentworth Falls today were Satchiko Cathcart (Wakehurst GC) and Yoko Todo (JGA GC) with a 90 off the stick for the scratch. Nett winners were Dianne Mayger and Jennifer Turnbull (Kareela GC, 27) with 71 nett. Runners up Margaret Smyth and Jan Heys (25 1/2) from Bankstown with 70 1/2 nett.
Division Two was played at Leura GC and scratch winners were Debra Northwood and Sandie Chitty from Lynwood CC with a 96 off the stick. Leslie Parsonage and Jody Drutman (Monash CC, 28 1/2) with a nett 70 1/2. Runner up in the nett were Jeanette Jordan (Manly GC) and Sue Salvage (Balgowlah GC) with 71 1/2 nett.

Division One
Co-leader Tarina Foote (The Lakes GC) held onto her form in the final round of the 36-hole event for the Yallambee Cup at the Women's Mountain Meeting. Tarina had consistent scores of 84 at Leura GC on Monday and 83 today at Lithgow GC, a total of 167 to slip away from overnight co-leader Brenda Williamson (Lynwood CC). Brenda had a total of 172 with scores of 84 at Leura GC on Monday and 88 today at Lithgow GC. Lynette McMurray (Everglades CC, 17) won the overall nett with a total of 142, rounds of 73 nett at Leura GC and 69 nett at Lithgow GC. Bayview’s Marlene McKewen (23) was three shots behind on a total of 146 nett to win runner up for the overall nett.
Daily prize winners for Monday at Leura Golf Club were Dianne Stewart (Kareela GC, 24) with 69 nett and runner up was Brenda Williamson (Lynwood CC, 15) with 70 nett.
Tuesday’s prize winners were Lynette McMurray (Everglades CC, 17) with a 69 nett on a countback from Lynwood’s Debra Northwood (21) with 69 nett also.
Division Two
Chatswood’s Rosalund French has won the Blue Mountains Salver for Division Two. Rosalund had a round of 90 off the stick on Monday at Blackheath to put her in the lead by six strokes. Rosalund followed up by shooting a 99 at Wentworth Falls today to increase her lead and win the event by 7 shots. Runner up on a total of 197 was Wakehurst’s Marilyn Bookless. Marilyn had rounds of 100 at Blackheath and 97 at Wentworth Falls. Nett Winner was Vincentia’s Jill Varty (27) with a total of 145 and winning by one. Jill had a 77 nett on Monday, followed by a great nett score of 68 today. Runner up on 146 was Chatwood’s Kathryn Turnbull, scores of 69 nett and 77 nett.
Monday’s Nett Winner at Blackheath GC was Rosalund French (Chatswood GC, 28) with 62 nett. Nett runner up was fellow Chatswood member, Kathryn Turnbull (27) with 69 nett.
At Wentworth Falls for day two, nett winner was Jill Varty (Vincentia GC, 27) with 68 nett and runner up Marilyn Bookless (27) from Wakehurst with 70 nett and winning on a countback.
Division Three
Two fantastic rounds by Sue Salvage from Balgowah GC to take out the Megalong Valley Trophy for 2015 in Division Three. Sue scored an impressive 46 points at Lithgow on Monday and had another great round today at Blackheath, 38 points to win the event by eleven, a total of 84 points. Runner up with a total of 73 points was Marilyn Scully from Avalon Ladies GC, scores of 32 points at Lithgow and 41 points today at Blackheath.
Round one prize winners at Lithgow were Sue Salvage (37) with 46 points and runner up was Heather Crutch (40) from Avalon Ladies with 44 points.
Tuesday at Blackheath the winner was Marilyn Scully (45) from Avalon Ladies GC with 41 points and runner up was Jeanette Jordan (Manly, 36) with 40 points.

The format is stroke play over 36-holes, 18-holes on day one and 18-holes on day two (played in three divisions), followed by 18-hole foursomes on day three and best ball teams v par on day four.
