2016 Rules Presentation from the R&A

The R&A will be visiting the Asia-Pacific region in October/November to conduct presentations on changes to the Rules of Golf effective 1 January 2016. 

The R&A Rules Presentation offers NSW clubs and Districts a unique opportunity to hear first-hand from the game’s governing body on current and potential future changes to the Rules of Golf

The R&A’s Sydney presentation will be conducted by the Chairman of The R&A’s Rules of Golf Committee, David Bonsall, and R&A Director – Rules, Grant Moir on November 2 at Pennant HIlls Golf Club.

Up to two representatives from each affiliated club and District Association can attend.

The presentation is directed at the following office bearers: Club Captains/Presidents; Women’s Captains/Presidents; General Managers; Club Professionals/Golf Operations Managers and/or the Chair of a club’s Match Committee.  It will be for each club/district to determine attendees from their above office bearers.

The attendance at the presentation is limited to 200 attendees. Positions will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please confirm your attendance by no later than Friday 23 October, by completing the online return form. The form details have been sent directly via email to Club Managers and Captains.

There is no charge to attend this presentation.  There will be a light lunch upon arrival at 1:00pm with the presentation to commence at 1:30pm.  There will also be refreshments at the conclusion of the event.
