Final (PM) Matchplay
Congratulations to Lucie Quilliam and Nikki Haines of Moore Park for winning the Women’s Summer Foursomes. The pair chipped in for a birdie on the 18th hole to win 1up against Jude Tarran and Kim Burke of Shelley Beach.
Division two also went to last hole with Leonie Gethrie of Oatlands and Deborah Young winning 2up against Killara's Annette Baggie and Kathryn McCann from Elanora.
Wakehurst's Lana Debnam and North Ryde's Jacky Parsons defeated locals Jennifer Allison and Maureen Collins on the 18th hole.

Semi Final (AM) Matchplay Results
The first match of division one has seen the number one seeds, Jude Tarran and Kim Burke of Shelley Beach defeat the number four seeds, Jenni Thuge of Cronulla and Donna Rann of Woolooware 3&2.
The second match in division one was won by the second seeds from Moore Park, Lucie Quilliam and Nikki Haines, defeating Dianne Hoschke of Shelley Beach and Charme Freeman of Bayview 3&2.
The first match in division two came down to the last hole with Banktown's Deborah Young and Leonie Guthrie of Oatlands winning the 18th, 2up against locals Phillipa Barr and Peta Bird.
The second match for division two was decided with a 4&3 win by the third seeds, Annette Baggie of Killara and Kathryn McCann of Elanora over Concord's Phillipa Clark and Judy Haddrick.
In division three, first seeds Lana Debnam (Wakehurst) and Jacky Parsons (North Ryde) also winning 2up on the 18th against fourth seeds, Marilyn Williams and Jeanette Walters of Belmont.
The second match was won by local Manly ladies, Jennifer Allison and Maureen Collins, defeating Hurstvlle's Vicki Hoare and Janet Allam, 4&3.
Monday 15 January
The qualifying round of the 2018 Women's Summer Foursomes is now complete with some close scoring amongst all divisions in blowy conditions at Manly Golf Club.
Division one's scratch winners were Shelley Beach's Jude Tarran and Kim Burke with a great score of 79 off the stick. Nett winners were Dianne Hoschke (Shelley Beach) and Charme Freeman (Bayview) with a 74 nett. Runners up on 75 ½ were Concords Rhonda Magner and Margaret Mitchell.
In division two, Carmel Street of Asquith and Pymble Lissa Swan took out the nett with a 76 ½, half a shot in front of runners up from Concord, Sandra Heath and Dawn Connellan with 77 nett.
Manly's pairing of Susan Salvage and Barbara Lane stole the show in division three with a nett 76 and winning by one in front of Wakehurst's Lana Debnam and Jacky Parsons of North Ryde with a nett 77.
Tomorrow we will see the top four pairs in each division commence the matchplay component of the tournament.
Friday 12 January
Over 160 ladies will be teeing it up on Monday at Manly Golf Club for the 2018 Women's Summer Foursomes.
The event is open to female amateurs whose individual GA handicap does not exceed 32.4 at the date of entry.
