Time: 6:15pm (held directly prior to the SA Golf Industry Awards Night)

Information

The Golf SA Constitution requires a number of actions leading up to the AGM as follows:

At least 60 Days Prior to the AGM

> Letter from Golf SA CEO RE: Board Elections 24 Aug 2017

* Calling for Nominations for the Board
* Calling for Notices of Motion

*Forms can be found as attachements below

At least 30 Days Prior to the AGM

* Nominations for the Board Lodged
* Notices of Motion Lodged

At least 21 Days Prior to the AGM

* Notice of AGM to be sent to Member Delegates

Confirmation of Member Delegates to the AGM

It is imperative that Metropolitan Clubs (Listed in Schedule 1 of the Constitution) and Country Districts (Listed in Schedule 2 of the Constitution) confirm their Member Delegates to the AGM.

Failure to do so means that Golf SA cannot send information to the Member Delegate who is representing your Club/District and may invalidate your opportunity to vote at the AGM.
