Tournament Schedule  
Tuesday 8 November Course is open for practice rounds for golf professionals competing in the Australian Open.
   
Wednesday 9 November Practice Range is open to amateurs competing in the Pro-Am. Shot gun start at 7:00am and 1:00pm.
   
Thursday 10 November 156 professionals will compete in Round 1 of the Australian Open. Players are grouped in threes and play from the 1st and 10th tees. Play commences at approximately 7:00am and concludes at approximately 7:15pm.
   
Friday 11 November Play commences at approximately 7:00am and concludes at approximately 7:15pm. Players finishing in the top sixty and those tied on the 60th score will proceed to the final two rounds.
 
Saturday 12 November Players are grouped in pairs and play from the 1st tee only. Play commences from approximately 7:00am and concludes at approximately 5:00pm.
   
Sunday 13 November Players are grouped in pairs and play from the 1st tee. Play commences at approximately 7:30am and concludes at approximately 5:00pm. Presentation of the Stonehaven Cup and winners cheque will be held on the 18th Green immediately following the conclusion of the final round.

Gate Opening and Closing Times
Tuesday Friday Gates will open at 6:00am and will close approximately half an hour after play concludes
Saturday Sunday Gates will open at 6:30am and will close approximately half an hour after play concludes

Access to the Course
Course access is available to all patrons with a general admission ticket. Readmission to the course is available. Please ensure your ticket is scanned by a Ticketek staff member upon leaving to be admitted for reentry. Patrons are to stay outside the ropes and follow the marshal s instructions when crossing the fairways at the designated crossing points.

Disabled Access
Disability access is available at the venue. There will be a roped off area around the 18th Green for anyone with a disability and their carer. The area around the clubhouse is flat with no kerbing providing easy wheelchair access along with the 1st Tee, 9th Tee and 9th Green, 18th Tee and 18th Green, in addition there is suitable pathway access to 2nd Tee and 8th Green, as well as access to all practice areas along with access to 11th Green and 12th Tee via existing flat pathways.

Tickets are sold at general admission prices. The person with a disability who requires a carer, the carer will be admitted free of charge upon presentation of their Companion card.

Public conveniences are located at the rear of the 9th Green. There will be limited disabled car parking spaces in the Clubhouse car park on a first come first served basis. Additional disability parking will be made available – **Public car parking information coming soon**

Catering on Course
There will be catering available in the Championship Village, as well as various roaming outlets on course near and around the clubhouse.

Event Merchandise
Official Australian Open merchandise will be sold in the Sporte Leisure merchandise marquee located in the vicinity of the Championship Village.

Grandstands
Grandstand seating on the 18th hole will be sold via Ticketek which includes entry to the course and a seat for the whole day. Please note this is unreserved grandstand seating. First in, best dressed. Seats will not be allocated. There will also be additional non reserved grandstand seating available on course.

Electronic Super Screens
Electronic Super Screens will be located in the Championship Village to keep all spectators up to date on play.

First Aid
St John Ambulance personnel are located adjacent to the Clubhouse car park, across from the clubhouse.

Information Booth
The Information Booth located next to the Practice Putting Green. Staff will be able to provide patrons with the daily draw sheet and offer assistance with general enquiries.

Daily Draw Sheets
The daily draw sheet will be made available from the Information Booth located next to the Practice Putting Green.

Event Program
The Official Australian Open program will be available for sale at the Information Booth.

ATM
ATM s will be available in the vicinity of the Championship Village.

Mobile Phones Policy
Patrons are required to turn their phones to OFF or put on SILENT whilst on course.

Digital Cameras / Video Cameras
Digital Cameras/Video Cameras are strictly prohibited at the event. Media who have been accredited will be able to take photographs only.

Inclement Weather
A Golf Tournament can still continue in raining conditions. If the weather is potentially dangerous to players and patrons then a SIREN will sound and play will be suspended. If the siren sounds patrons are advised to seek shelter immediately and AVOID THE FOLLOWING Open areas, hill top and high places, isolated trees, golf carts, grandstands, telephone poles, metal or wire fences, metal stakes and TV towers.

Autographs
Patrons are recommended to request autographs from the Fan Zone located at the Srixon Driving Range.

Lost and Found
Lost property can be handed in and collected from the Information Booth located next to the Practice Putting Green.
