Pacific Dunes Golf Club has welcomed to the Club a new Assistant Professional, ALPG Member and experienced touring professional Joanne Mills.

rnWith a 17-year career on the Ladies European Tour, US LPGA and the ALPG Tours, Joanne has accumulated a wealth of golf experience, collecting two victories on the Ladies European Tour and six on the ALPG Tour.

rnOriginally from Sydney, Joanne had a notable amateur career representing NSW on five occasions and Australia three times before turning professional in 1993.

rnPacific Dunes general manager Brendan Currie said the Club was excited to welcome such an experienced female golfer to the team.

rn“Joanne will be an invaluable member of the Pacific Dunes team, using her wealth of golf experience to coach players of all ages and abilities,” Mr Currie said.

rn“In this role Joanne will be working alongside head professional David Lulham and trainee professional Lee Barton in guiding players to become the best golfer they can be.”

rnJoanne said she is looking forward to teeing off in her new role as assistant professional.

rnJoanne has navigated some the most famous courses in the world throughout her career including St Andrews, Wentworth, Sunningdale, Turnberry, Royal Lytham, Royal Birkdale, The Emirates, Bay Hill, Muirfield Village and Sun City.

rnJoanne is available for individual coaching sessions for all ages and skill levels, and will conduct clinics and nine or 18 hole playing lessons.
