Victorian Ashley Hall has sensationally earned a spot in a four-way play-off at the Web.com Tour&aposs United Leasing Championship on Monday. Hall recorded his best finish on the second-tier tour in the US, finishing with a brilliant six-under 66 to be 11 under for the week – and there could be even better news in store with the play-off scheduled for early Monday morning local time. Four front-nine birdies gave Hall faint hopes of contending for the title in Newburgh, Indiana, and even after a bogey on 14, he followed up with birdies on 15 and 16 to finish strongly. And after American pair Billy Hurley III and Joe Affrunti coughed up a two-shot advantage, to fall back to a tie with Hall and Ben Martin – with the title decided on Monday. James Nitties made it two Australians in the top-10, finishing tied for seventh after his two-under 70 gave him a seven-under total over 72 holes. Adam Crawford was tied for 14th, ending the week on four-under overall.
