Harry Atkinson and Eleanor Murray have taken out the NSW PSSA boy’s and girl’s Golf Championships at Camden Lakeside Golf Course.
98 Competitors took part in the event, with an impressive 18 girls teeing it up in the 36 hole tournament.
Atkinson shot an impressive five over par 77 in the first round then followed it up with a second round 84 in very testy conditions.
In second place was Jake Riley from the Hunter on 165, while third place went to Kai Komulainen of Polding with a score of 167
In the girl's section, Eleanor Murray of Western cruised to an easy win, with a two round total of 166. Nara Shin from Sydney West finished in second place while Polding’s Ruby Kavanagh finished in third on 191.
in the team's sections, CIS made it a clean-sweep of the boys and girls events.
In the boy’s teams division, CIS posted a two round score of 699 to win by ten shots from Sydney West. In third position, North Coast rallied from three shots behind after round one to secure third with a team score of 722.
The girl’s team event was a far tighter affair, with CIS grabbing the title by two shots from the North Coast after a combined score of 534. The South Coast was another shot away in third place.
