August E News Competition

Last month we asked you to tell us which Aussie golfer you would most like to play a round with and why. We received a record number of entries and it was difficult to select a winner, but we decided that Julieta Clugston&aposs desire to hit the links with Jarrod Lyle was right on the mark. “I would like to play a round of golf with Jarrod Lyle simply because he is an amazing person. Having gone through such adversity in life (fighting leukemia) and come through and play great golf, is just incredible. I admire him greatly.” Congratulations to Julieta on winning one dozen Srixon AD333 golf balls! Other great responses were: “A round of golf around Victoria Golf Club with Doug Bachli, Peter Thomson and Geoff Ogilvy when all three turned up with their A-game (me as well!) What a treat that would be!” – Paul Downey dares to dream And: “Karrie Webb – she is an inspiration to all lady golfers and playing a game with someone like Karrie would be a dream come true (and I might be able to pick up a few hints as well!)” – Julie McEwan of Nangiloc, Victoria This month, in 50 words of less, tell us what the most important club in your bag is and why, to win a men&aposs or women&aposs Sporte Leisure golf shirt valued at $99!
