Australia&aposs three National Squad members that competed in the Malaysian Amateur have all performed well to finish inside the top ten. Queenslandss Ray Beaufils finished in a tie for third place, five strokes behind the winner, Goh Kun Yang from Singapore. Meanwhile, Josh Younger (Vic) and Rudi Bezuidenhout (NSW) also put in a strong showing, finishing in a tie for seventh. The teams event was held over the first two days of the championship.
