Australian Kurt Barnes is tied for third ahead of the final round at the Japan Tour s Vana H Cup KBC Augusta in Fukuoka, southern Japan. Barnes&aposs round of 73, the worst round of the contenders, left him at 12-under par, three strokes behind leader Hyung-Sung Kim of Korea who shot a 68. Victorian James McLean and Steven Conran are in a group tied for twentieth on 8-under, while Brendan Jones is well off the pace at 5-under. Barnes best result on the the Japan Golf Tour this year was a fourth at the Totoumi Hamamatsu Open in Shizuoka Prefecture.
