Bayview crowned Champions

Richmond Golf Club have played host to the 2018 Pewter Plate. Golfers were greeted by 3 degrees temperatures this morning, half expecting delays due to fog and frost. The weather gods were smiling down on us and play got under way at the scheduled time of 7.30.

List of Prize Winners

Richmond presented itself in great light considering the freezing conditions it is subjected to. Greens were firm and fast and there was plenty of run on the fairways. Suzanne Still (a Richmond local) took out top honours in the individual stableford competition with a sizzling score of 42 points.

However the day belonged to Bayview Golf Club's Elaine Vadas and Sue Lewis with a combined score of 75 stableford points.  Runners up were Castle Hill Country Club’s Pauline Power and Caitleen Ciera with a combined score of 70 stableford points.

Golf NSW would like to thank Richmond Golf Club and all of the staff for their assitance in hosting this year’s event. We are looking forward to Bayview Golf Club hosting the 2019 Pewter Plate.
