Beating the heat at Indooroopilly

Indooroopilly Golf Club hosted the first Junior Golf Queensland 18 Hole Points Challenge event for the year on Sunday 10th February. In steamy conditions, 78 players took to the fairways of the East Course to play a Stableford competition.

The overall winner in the boy’s competition was Jackson Buckingham from Windaroo Lakes Golf Club who shot a fantastic 45 points off a handicap of 19. In the girl’s competition, Charliegh Robinson from McLeod Country Golf Club was the overall winner with 40 points off a handicap of 20.  Congratulations to all the other winners and well done to all players for participating.
