Besgrove & Hurley win in Playoff

Brad Hurley (Condobolin Sports Club) & Paul Besgrove (Dunedoo GC) have been crowned Champions after a 3 hole playoff to decide the 2019 Men's NSW Sand Greens Fourball Championship. Brad Hurley claimed his second Sand Greens Fourball title this weekend, his first was five years ago in the 2014 Championship which was also held at Manildra Golf Club

Dean Leach & James Taylor (Warren GC) could only manage a par which left the door open for Paul Besgrove who played a brilliant shot from the fairway and under pressure to 8 foot and then comfortably rolled the putt in for the win on the third playoff hole

Walcha's Peter Norbury & Wayne Brennan have won the Stabelford Fourball event by one shot with a total of 96 points for the 36 holes.
