After completing their 3-month journey reviewing golf holes around South Australia, Sports Columnist for the Sunday Mail, Ben Hook and Royal Adelaide Teaching Professional, Daniel Blackwell have revealed their 'Best 18 holes in SA' at the SA Golf Industry Awards Night on 17 Oct with the holes featuring in the Sunday Mail the following day.
A City 9 and a Country 9 were selected in the final 18 suitably selected to play as if this was one links.
As part of the process, there was also a public vote opportunity, with the hole receiving the most votes automatically included in the final 18. The winning hole was the 7th at Flagstaff Hill Golf Club which received 26.33% of the total votes.

Clubs all around the state made contacted with the duo to come and review their course. Commencing with their first review late July at Links Lady Bay, the duo reviewed holes from 35 Golf Courses ending with their final review at the Glenelg Golf Club on Wed 14 Oct.
Ben and Daniel visited a wide range of clubs and what interested them the most was layout, vista and, above all, fun.
