Bonville Golf Resort s Flooded Gums Restaurant has become Australia s 1st & only Golf Course/Golf Resort to be awarded a highly regarded and sought after Hat at the 2013 Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Awards.
Winning a Hat has been a 12 year project at Bonville where they have worked on gradual progression, improving little by little until they finally reached their goal. General Manager Brad Daymond stated: “The Bonville Team which comprises many long term staff members are dedicated to their craft and the culture of Bonville. There were twelve new 1 Hat Sydney listings and four demotions in this year s guide, so to preserve their Hat was an achievement in itself, given the ongoing competition in the Sydney Market.
