Kim Burke has again proven she is as competitive as ever, taking out the Northern Territory Senior Women's Amateur title which wrapped up yesterday at Darwin Golf Club.
Burke, from Shelly Beach, carded a four-round total of 310, which was also enough to finish in a tie for 13th position against the field of younger competitors.

Kelsey Bennett returned her best round of the tournament, an even-par final round 72, for a four-round total of 294, which was enough to secure the runners-up position for the 19-year-old.
Bennett, from St. Michael’s Golf Club, finished with a distant 16 shots behind the winner, Queensland’s Cassie Porter, who finished with a stunning four-round total of 10 under par 278 to run away with the Women’s Crown.
13-year-old Concord star Sophie Yip sailed home with a final round 73 to finish fourth, Stefanie Hall of the Australian finished in a tie for 11th and Castle Hill's Lucy Harris finished 16th. Jacqui Morgan, the defending Senior Women’s Amateur Champion, carded rounds of 76.80 and 82 in the three round senior diviison.
