Caddy for a Nationwide Tour star

Keen golfers have the opportunity to support the rising stars of professional golf by becoming a caddy at the Nationwide Tour-sanctioned Moonah Classic from February 4 to 7 at Moonah Links. All you need is a passion for golf and be available for the four days of competition. (You may only be required for two days if your player does not make the cut but you should budget on being there for the full four days.) Caddies receive a small payment for their time. But more importantly caddies get to build a relationship with a player who is on track to competing alongside the world s best on the PGA Tour. Moonah Classic Tournament Director Roseanne Goddard said the positions will appeal to those who live near Moonah Links on the Mornington Peninsula. Most of the American players come on their own, so they really like the idea of having a local helping them caddy, she said. But there are also some Australian professionals as well.” It’s a great opportunity to get an insight into professional golf and get to know a player who just might go on to be the next big thing.
