Dale Brandt-Richards heads into the quarter finals against local Todd Sinnott at the Victorian Amateur Championship. Dale faced fellow NSW squad member Cameron Davis in the first round and defeated him one up. He then went on to defeat Compton Pikari (NZ) 3/1 in the second round to become the remaining NSW player to make it to the Quarter Finals. Nick Watts won his first match one up against Andrew Schonewille (VIC). However he was unable to stay ahead of Adam Burdett (VIC) who defeated him 4/3 in the 2nd round. Both Daniel Gale and Matthew Whittenberg were knocked out in the first round. Daniel was defeated by Lucas Herbert (VIC) 7/6 and Matthew lost to Gregory Foo (SIN) 5/4. In the Women&aposs Championship Elizabeth Elmassian lost her match to Grace Lennon (VIC) 7/5.
