With our database from the handicap registration exercise at 220,000 and climbing daily, we have gone to market to find someone to run this area of the business for us. The Campaign & Data Manager will be responsible for operations and growth of the Golf Australia customer engagement platform. As part of the marketing and communications department, they will be the organisation’s go-to person for expertise and advice on leveraging data assets to deliver insights that improve decision making and campaign performance.
Final round interviews will occur during the week 4 March. The role will report direct to John Sutherland.

Campaign & Data Manager
Golf Australia is an organisation currently going through a significant period of growth and change as a result of the planned incorporation of state golf member associations into the national governing body of golf.
The Campaign & Data Manager will be responsible for operations and growth of the Golf Australia customer engagement platform. As part of the marketing and communications department, you will be the organisation’s go-to person for expertise and advice on leveraging data assets to deliver insights that improve decision making and campaign performance.
Responsibilities will include:
-Campaign targeting, production and delivery (end-to-end)
-Pre and post-campaign analysis and reporting
-Bespoke data analysis resulting in business narratives
-Managing new data projects
-Optimising varied database integrations
-Improving campaign performance
Our ideal candidate will have:
-Prior experience as a technical marketing analyst
-Experience with SQL, SAS, Excel, HTML and Mailchimp. Qlik (or similar) is highly desirable
-Track record of multi-channel direct marketing campaign execution and analysis
-High level of initiative and ability to work independently as well as being a productive member of a team
-Attention to detail and concern for accuracy
-Ability to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently and within set deadlines
-Passion for sport (golf experience not required)
