The 2013 Sir Dallas Brooks is reaching the pointy end as the Semi Finalist are determined. Todd and Zara Woodbridge were no surprise reaching the semi-final with Simon Angliss & Lois Crang to meet them in the first semi-final tomorrow teeing off at 12:00pm. Angliss & Crang won their quarter final over Tyler & Sue Wooster after some impressive golf was played. Surprinsgly the Wooster’s were 2 under the card when they lost 3 & 2.
On the other side of the draw, Carl Smedley & Rong Kowk- Xu advanced after a comfortable 5 and 4 win. After just sneaking in the Top 32, Smedley & Kowk-Xu could now go all the way to claim the title. However, they will now meet Jesika Clark & Michael Sund in the second semi-final teeing off at 12:10pm tomorrow.
The golfing gods put on the best weather for the week so far with pleasant 20 degree calm conditions. All spectators are encouraged to get down to The Metropolitan Golf Club to support the semi-finalists.
