Tyler Duncan (QLD) and Min-A Yoon (Korea) remain the players to catch going in to the final round of the 2018 Junior Victorian Open.

Duncan battled across the Barwon Heads layout and finished with a one over par 73 to give him a slender one shot lead.

South Australia’s Jack Buchanan will be looking to catch him after he finished with a 69 playing alongside the Queenslander.

Fellow South Australian Harrison Burner will join them in the final group, sitting a further shot back on five under for the tournament.

Nathan Page (The National) has stamped his authority on the under 16 boys section with another under par round of 70.

Page leads by 8 shots over Wonthaggi’s Harry Adams who sits at 5 over par.

Spring Valley’s Nivethan Kanthan is the one to catch in the under 14 boys section as he leads by one over Rupert Toomey (Huntingdale).

The pair will be joined by Shepparton’s Bailey Goodall in the leading under 14s group as he sits only one shot back alongside Toomey.

In the overall girls section, the 15-year-old Yoon continued her fantastic week with her third sub 70 round today, taking her overall tally to 11-under which sees her leading both the overall girls and under 16 girls sections.

Jeneath Wong (The Metropolitan) will be doing her best to catch the Korean, as she is situated four shots back after a three-under par 69 today.

Peregian’s Cassie Porter is the next best on five under par and will join those two in the final group.

Alexandra Phanuruk (The Metropolitan) has jumped up the leader board to take the overall lead in the under 14 girls section by four shots over Mt Derrimut’s Louise Baliton.

Annangi’s came on the 3rd at the creek course today and Waldron’s on the creek 12th yesterday.
