Winners – Kristalle Blum & Joel Durnford Joel Durnford from Booleroo Centre in the Northern District, has taken out his first SA Junior Open while Kristalle Blum from The Grange has won her second junior event of the summer. Players faced perfect conditions on both days with the first 18 holes played at The Vines of Reynella Golf Club and the final 18 holes at Mount Osmond Golf Club. In the Boy s Open, Durnford claimed the title after solid rounds of 70,73 for a 36 hole total of 143 to win by two strokes ahead of Sam Burton from Tea Tree Gully 77, 68 (145). In the nett event, Riley Marshall from The Grange playing off a 6 handicap took the honors with a score of 141 with rounds of net 74, 67 ahead of Ben Tucker on count back. With rounds of 79,73 (152) Kristalle Blum again dominated the girls event by 8 strokes ahead of Matilda Wheare 83,77 (160).
