Edition 26 Best of golf in SA at Bordertown GC

The Bordertown Golf Club is located 6km north of the township and 272 km south east of Adelaide. The 18-hole course is gently undulating and has well-manicured greens and excellent fairways.

The Course is on an idyllic setting amongst numerous gum trees, broom bush and has an abundance of bird life and kangaroos.

The course is 5162 metres in length with every hole being a challenge. There are five par 3s, four par 5s and the remainder being demanding par 4s.

Ben Hook from the Sunday Mail and Royal Adelaide Teaching Professional Daniel Blackwell reviewed a handful of holes here and they were more than impressed.

Little dogleg right to left. The guys go for home off the tee can they reach the green? A lot to like about this hole, slick greens too.

Reviewed: 10th hole 329m Par 4

Rolling narrow fairway – make sure you pick out a target, aim for one of the pencil pines. Awesome green with an amphitheatre feel to it. The guys really like this hole.
