Edition 30 Best of golf in SA at Renmark GC

Renmark Golf Course is something to behold with its magnificent fairways and beautifully presented grass greens.

Located just west of the township at Renmark, this golf course is a lush oasis set in the midst of orchards near its boundaries and a contrasting semi-arid landscape visible in some places.

A parkland haven, golfers can expect to play a balance of holes set among flat tree lined country and the remainder over gently rolling undulations. The Renmark Golf Course is widely acclaimed for it’s long and tight couch fairways and manicured greens with established pines, flowering gums, natives and Mallee trees lining most of all its fully irrigated fairways.

Ben Hook from the Sunday Mail and Royal Adelaide Teaching Professional Daniel Blackwell review the 2nd, 7th and 11th.

Reviewed: 2nd hole 152m Par 3

Beautiful looking par three with a water hazard, bunker then another bunker over the back. A handy bunker tip from Daniel when plugged. Seems pretty simple can he make up and down.

Reviewed: 7th hole 352m Par 4

A deceiving hole this one. With a tight tree lined fairway make sure you make the right club selection off the tee. Watch Daniel scramble his way the green. Can he save par?

Reviewed: 11th hole 359m Par 4

A good looking hole this one. Tough looking tiered green, but its birdie time.
