17-year-old Elizabeth Elmassian has come from behind to clinch the 2014 Elvie Whitesides 72-Hole Stroke Play Championship. The Australian Golf Club member shot a final round of 70 to win the event by one stroke on six-over-par. Overnight leader Hannah Green from the Mt Lawley Golf Club carded 75 in the final round to finish the event on seven-over-par, one stroke adrift of Elmassian. Ulverstone Golf Club’s Sarah Johnstone finished in third place on ten-over-par after a final round of 75.
