Entries are now open for the Australian Men’s& Women’s Amateur Foursomes Championships to be played on Sunday 27 April. After many years at Riversdale Golf Club, the event will head to Canberra in 2014, with the Men’sChampionship to be played at Federal Golf Club and the Women’s Championship to be played at Gungahlin Lakes Golf Club. The Championships will precede the Australian Interstate Teams Matches and will see some of the Nation s top players battle it out over 36-holes foursomes stroke play. A maximum handicap limit of 3.4 for men and 6.4 for women applies, with the entry fee of $60 (per team) including golf, range balls, pull buggies and presentation reception at the conclusion of play.
