Professional Management and Operation of Rosebud Park Golf Course.
An exciting and rare opportunity exists at the glorious Rosebud Park and Recreational Reserve Golf Course, located at Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, for Expressions of Interest and Statements of Experience and Qualifications from qualified organisations/entities to provide Professional Golf Course Management and Operation services for its18 hole public golf course. The course is located on Crown land on the slopes of Arthurs Seat with magnificent views over Port Phillip Bay.
Interested parties must submit the following information –
1. A letter indicating interest, and
2. A statement of experience and qualifications, particularly in the area of public golf course management, operation and administration.
The Statement of Experience and Qualifications will be evaluated by the Rosebud Park and Recreation Reserve Committee of Management Inc. in order to develop a short list of organisations/entities that will receive a more detailed Expressions of Interest document.
