Fans redeem tickets for Shark visit

Greg Norman will impart his golfing expertise to a group of elite junior players in a special clinic being held today at the 2009 Australian Open at New South Wales Golf Club. Greg Norman will be joined by his own former coach, the legendary Charlie Earp, to conduct a one hour clinic for four junior golfers from the Greg Norman Junior Golf Foundation at 1.30pm on Saturday 5th December. Members of the public attending the Australian Open will be able to watch and learn from the golfing greats in what is certain to be a popular addition to the Open schedule, particularly among the junior fans. Golf Australia CEO Stephen Pitt said the clinic was a great way to excite and encourage junior players into the game. The Shark s clinic is a great addition to the Australian Open schedule. It ties in nicely with our new website PlayGolf.com.au which ensures all those fans inspired by the players at the Australian Open can find a clinic or program to learn or book a tee-time, Pitt said. Those spectators with single day Friday tickets will be able to redeem those tickets on either Saturday or Sunday after yesterday&aposs weather interruption.
