Maroochy River Golf Club hosted the second Junior Golf Queensland Fayde Points Challenge event for the year on Sunday 11th March. In challenging conditions, 62 boys and girls teed it up in the Stableford competition and despite the weather a number of great scores were recorded.
The overall boy’s winner with 40 points was Liam Thomson (North Lakes) with a handicap of 5. In the girl’s competition, Coco Iritani (Tamborine Mountain), with a handicap of 25 from took out the overall prize with 38 points.
