Fayde Points Challenge – Maroochy River

Maroochy River Golf Club hosted the second Junior Golf Queensland Fayde Points Challenge event for the year on Sunday 11th March. In challenging conditions, 62 boys and girls teed it up in the Stableford competition and despite the weather a number of great scores were recorded.  

The overall boy’s winner with 40 points was Liam Thomson (North Lakes) with a handicap of 5.  In the girl’s competition, Coco Iritani (Tamborine Mountain), with a handicap of 25 from took out the overall prize with 38 points. Boys – Division 1 (+-10)

Boys – Division 2 (11-22)

Boys – Division 3 (23-36)

Girls – Division 1 (+-20)

Girls – Division 2 (21-45)

Our next Fayde Points Challenge event will be played at Palmer Colonial Golf Club on Wednesday 11th April, 8:00am shotgun start. Entries for this event close on Monday 26th March, click here to register. Please note that this event is on during the Commonwealth Games, so please consider this when making accommodation arrangements and allow extra time for travel to the event.
