The largest Australian women&aposs golf participation event, the Fisher & Paykel Classic, has seen more than 600 clubs participate nationally in 2007. All club events will conclude at the end of September with all club winners eligible for the State Finals. Those players qualifying for the State Finals will be announced on the Fisher & Paykel website on Monday 8th October. The State Finals of the Fisher & Paykel Classic will be played on some of Australia&aposs finest golf courses. Both the winner and the runner up from each state final will travel to Melbourne for the National Final as a guest of Fisher & Paykel. Here, National Finalists will participate in a two round final as well as attending the MFS Women&aposs Australian Open.
