The promotion will offer free sports experiences to customers and will be present on 6 million packs of Arnott s biscuits from January 2014. What are we asking for? All MYGolf centres need to do is offer one free introductory sports experience (e.g introductory MYGolf session, individual lesson etc.). Customers will be required to call you in advance to claim their reward, which is entirely subject to your availability and can be for an individual or group session. This provides you with the flexibility and control to only accept a booking when you have time. In order to claim their reward, the customer will present a branded TLC voucher to you upon arrival. There is no marketing cost to the free sports experience partner for participation in this promotion, all you are required to do is to provide one free experience per customer as specified on this form. 2. The free sports experience offer may be redeemed by customers presenting a TLC voucher. The TLC free sports experience voucher entitles the bearer to one free experience with any participating coach, instructor or club etc. By accepting these terms, you become a free sports experience partner, you agree to provide one free experience to all TLC voucher holders and agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement. 3. Any additional experiences will be charged at the full price. Any people accompanying the voucher holder will pay the full price. 4. Customers must book all free sports experiences in advance with the free sports experience partner and are required to quote a TLC reference code at time of booking. The offer is subject to availability. 5. The TLC free sports experience voucher has no monetary value and cannot be redeemed in whole or part for cash. 6. The free sports experience partner acknowledges and agrees that they will not limit the number of free sports experience redemptions that they accept. 7. The free sports experience partner shall not charge TLC and/or TLC s clients for providing this service. 8. The free sports experience offer shall be fully funded by the free sports experience partner. 9. TLC shall have the right to terminate this agreement at any time by giving seven days notice to the sports experience partner. 10. The free sports experience partner agrees that TLC may sell/supply the free sports experience voucher to any client it chooses. 11. The free sports experience partner agrees to provide the free sports experience offer exclusively to TLC Marketing Worldwide Pty Ltd as per the terms of this agreement. 12. TLC Marketing Worldwide Pty Ltd reserves the right to promote and present the TLC free sports experience voucher in any format requested by its clients. i.e. directory, on-line, on-pack, flyer etc. 13. In the event of termination of this agreement the supplier agrees to honour all promotions that it is currently participating in, even if the expiry date of the vouchers is after that of termination. 14. TLC Marketing Worldwide Pty Ltd, its agents and distributors accept no responsibility and in no circumstances will any of them be responsible or liable to compensate the purchaser or other bearer of a voucher, or accept any liability for (a) any non-acceptance by a venue of a voucher or (b) any inability by the bearer to use a voucher properly or at all (c) the lack of quality of any other aspect of any service which is or should be provided at any venue, or (d) the contents, accuracy or use of either a voucher or the venue listing, nor will any of them be liable for any personal loss or injury (other than injury resulting from their own negligence) occurring at any venue.
