Golf Australia is calling for nominations to two positions as directors of its board.
Nominations must be addressed to and received by GA chief executive officer Stephen Pitt by 5pm Australian eastern time on Friday, 29 September.
Specific information on the nomination process, preferred skill sets and requirements of the roles can be found in the attached documents.
Any queries in relation to the nomination process can be directed to company secretary Gerard Kennedy, whose contact details are also part of the documents.
In addition to the attached memorandum, all nominees should read Golf Australia’s constitution, contained on the GA website at www.golf.org.au, as well as the Corporations Act 2001.
In accordance with the GA constitution, the nomination cut-off is 45 days before the annual general meeting. If more than two nominations for the positions are received, a ballot will be held.
