Sergio Garcia will take a one-stroke lead into the final round of the Wyndham Championship as he seeks a first PGA Tour win in four years, while Australian Rod Pampling dropped off the pace. The Spaniard sunk five birdies in his third round on Saturday on his way to carding a four-under-par 66 at the Sedgefield Country Club. That leaves him on 14-under overall and in prime position to claim his first title on the tour since winning the Players Championship in 2008. American Bud Cauley also shot a round of four-under and climbed five places into a share of second alongside South African Tim Clark. Cauley, a 22-year-old Tour rookie, birdied three of his final four holes and is joined on 13-under by Clark, who recorded a three-under 67 on day three. Jason Dufner was one of the day&aposs biggest movers, climbing 18 positions into a tie for fourth. The American, who finished second at the PGA Championship, shot a seven-under 63, including seven birdies, to move into contention. Dufner sits alongside compatriot Harris English (68) and Swede Carl Pettersson (68) two strokes off the lead. Overnight leader Jimmy Walker shot five bogeys in a one-over 71 to slip down to a share of seventh a further shot behind with US Ryder Cup captain Davis Love III (66) and Matt Every (68). Reigning US Open champion Webb Simpson (71) is at 10-under in equal 10th with six other players including Justin Leonard (64) and Will Claxton (65). South African Charl Schwartzel is five strokes off the pace in a share for 17th after producing a four-under 66 performance. Meanwhile, Pampling faded away on Saturday but he is still the best-placed Australian. The 42-year-old began the day tied for 14th but dropped down to 33rd after only managing an equal-par display. Nick O&aposHern shot a three-under 67 to climb 15 positions into 49th, while Stuart Appleby (69) shares 53rd place.
