The Board of Directors is looking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational General Manager to lead our club into the future. Located in an idyllic location by the Pacific Ocean and the beautiful Tura Beach on the far south coast of NSW, the club is profitable and has an annual turnover of $3 million and a membership of approximately 2,500.

The General Manager will lead a team of 30 permanent and part-time staff and be responsible for the total operations of the club, reporting to the Board through the Chairman.
Your main objective will be to implement strategies designed in conjunction with the Board of Directors, introduce methods to increase revenue and profitability while maintaining members’ services a the highest level.
As General Manager you will require strong business, administration, finance, personnel and leadership skills together with a strong Marketing desire and ideally understanding of the hospitality industry.
Accordingly, tertiary qualifications in business, finance and/or hospitality will be considered an advantage, but not necessarily a pre-requisite.
The General Manager will also be responsible for the day to day running of the club, incorporating the normal duties and responsibilities expected of such a senior position, and would have both the House Manager and Course Superintendent reporting to them.
