Getting Started

The only thing you need to get started is an enthusiasm to learn how to play golf in a fun, healthy and social way!

Once you find the Swing Fit program venue, date and time suitable to you, you can get started.

You don't need any equipment, as all of this will be provided for you at the session. Simply put on some comfortable clothes, fill up a water bottle and head to your first session.

Comfortable clothes may include leggings, casual pants or shorts, a t-shirt or a jumper. It is best to avoid clothes such as short shorts, skirts, midriff or tank tops, and jeans. Be sure to wear covered shoes such as trainers or casual joggers.

If you are unsure about what to wear, simply contact your program centre for clarification.

When you arrive at your first Swing Fit session, your deliverer will explain how the session and program will run.
