Gleeson, Fraser in the hunt

Australian David Gleeson is five shots off the pace after third-round 65 in the Hong Kong Open on Saturday. Gleeson matched his second round score and is tied for eighth place behind clubhouse leader Oliver Wilson of England. Fellow Aussie Marcus Fraser faltered with a par round of 70 following on from his consistent opening rounds of 67 and 66. Wilson fired a five-under-par 65 for the second round lead with Chinese Taipei s Lin Wen-tang in hot pursuit. Tour veteran and former winner Germany s Bernhard Langer is two strokes off the pace after carding an impressive seven-under-par 63 to be tied for third place. Wilson, with eight runner-up finishes in Europe, will be eager to break the deadlock this week after a strong 65 today. “It&aposs tricky out there, you never know, that front nine is quite tough,” he said. “Our group, we didn&apost really do much on the first few holes. I didn t really get off to the best of starts but everything is in good shape.” “So if I can keep that one warm tomorrow, then we should be in good shape, said Wilson.”
