In February 2011, Cashcard entered into a preferred supplier agreement for the provision of ATM machines with Golf Australia. To kick off this new alliance, Cashcard were involved in sponsorship of the 2011 ISPS Handa Women’s Open recently held at Commonwealth Golf Club in Melbourne, as Official Scoreboard sponsor. Cashcard aims to assist and support clubs through its alliance with Golf Australia by generating a new revenue source for them via ATMs, as well as ensuring that golf itself benefits through their direct support of women’s golf in Australia. A Cashcard ATM can benefit a Club in a number of ways, including: – as a new revenue source; – an added service to members; and – increased sales due to members or guests having access to cash. Cashcard and Golf Australia will continue to work closely over the coming months with many opportunities to discuss the benefits a Cashcard ATM can provide to a club s business.
