/> Matchplay 3's is a once a month matchplay competition designed to fit 3 people in a car, over 3 divisions which will be graded on handicap and played to your full handicap to be as inclusive to all golfers as possible. It is a mixed gender competition, i.e. there is no limitations on Men & Women playing in teams and men could quite possibly play women on a head to head basis during the competition.
Matchplay 3's is great opportunity for family & friends to get together and play a social matchplay format, whilst exploring five of Golf Central Victoria's country courses. All for just $16 per round and this includes a light lunch. Great Value!
There is no limitation on who can play with who, members from all clubs are eligible to play.
Play will be held in three Divisions or "Plates" named after three of Central Victoria's major Rivers being the Coliban, the Campaspe & the Loddon. Tee times are from 8:30 in the mornings to "beat the heat" of some of the summer mornings. No play in December for the obvious Christmas reasons.
The Matchplay 3's Concept is being trialled in Central Victoria before possibly heading across other parts of country Victoria later in 2016.
