Welcome to Golf and Health Week!

Each day this week, in conjunction with the R&A’s global promotion to help raise awareness of the health benefits of golf for people of all ages and abilities, we will showcase a great example of how to get involved.

Today, we’ll focus on fitness for professionals and amateurs by recapping an amazing story on South Australian Michael Smith and his amazing endurance feat.
