Golf NSW is launching an exciting campaign designed to increase participation in the game and increase the membership levels of Golf clubs across NSW and the ACT.
Beginning on Sunday 31 January 2016, a television commercial featuring acclaimed media personality Deborah Hutton and Australian, NSW and NRL star Brad Fittler will be broadcast across the State on the Seven network and affiliated stations Prime, and Seven Two, as well as the Foxtel network.
The campaign focuses on the benefits of club membership and playing golf. It highlights the ‘added value’ options that many clubs offer including entertainment, as a social and community hub, family participation, and as a place to develop business networks.
In addition to the TV commercial, Golf NSW will be running a membership competition which clubs can use to attract new members and retain existing members.
The competition is open to any person who renews and/or purchases a category of membership that provides access to a Golf Australia handicap.
The lucky winner and two friends will get to play a round of golf with Ms Hutton at the picturesque New South Wales Golf Club. The prize includes the use of carts, lunch and drinks.
Entry into the competition is simple:
Once an individual pays their membership subscription they are eligible to enter online at golfnsw.org/membership-competition. The competition web page will be ‘live’ at the beginning of the campaign.
Alternatively the club can supply the member’s details to Golf NSW and we will lodge the member’s entry.
All entries will be cross-checked with clubs to ensure validity.
The competition will run from 1 February 2016 until 12 November 2016 and is absolutely FREE for affiliated club members to enter.
