FINAL RESULTS – THAILAND OPEN AIS Rookie Professional Matt Griffin led the Thailand Open at various stages but finished in a tie for fifth at Burapha Golf Club. Griffin, from Victoria, fired rounds of 68-65-70-70 to finish at 15-under par with fellow Australian Terry Pilkadaris and Thailand&aposs Udorn Duangdecha. World Number 64 Liang Wen-chong (China) once again proved his class by sealing his third victory on the One Asia Tour. The 32-year-old claimed the title by one shot after holding off a spirited challenge from young Thai star Namchok Tantipokhakul and veteran Michael Wright from Australia. The fifth place finish lifted Griffin to 27th on the One Asia Tour Order of Merit. It was his highest finish at a Tour event since his third placed finish at the Macau Open last year.
