The role requires superior ability in coaching diverse groups of golfers at various levels of development. The GV Women’s State Coach will have highly developed interpersonal skills to effectively develop squad members.
The GV Women’s State Coach will also demonstrate advanced communication skills that link all stakeholders, specialist coaching support and other coaching streams (Home Coach, VIS & Golf Australia) with squad members.
